Are You on the Right Train?

Ever notice how managers keep the trains running on time… and leaders ask if we’re even on the right train?

Leadership and Management: Both roles matter. Immensely. But they’re not the same.

Management is about structure, schedules, and systems.

Leadership is about vision, values, and velocity in the right direction.

One focuses on how things get done.

The other asks why we’re doing them in the first place.

The magic happens when they work together—when great leaders inspire, and great managers bring it to life.

So here’s a question to ask yourself:

In your world right now, which muscle is being flexed more—leadership or management? And what would a better balance look like?

I'd love to hear it your thoughts in the comments.
